Drawings and CAD files are treated as confidential project data. They are used for technical review, quotation, CAD/CAM preparation, process planning, material and finishing checks, and agreed production. They are not used for unrelated purposes.

Access is limited to team members and approved service providers who need the data for quoting, project coordination, manufacturing preparation, quality control, or administration. Collaboration partners receive only the information needed for the requested work.

Master Milling keeps only data that is useful for communication, project traceability, legal obligations, and operational records. Retention periods may vary depending on whether the enquiry becomes an order, whether invoices or legal records apply, and whether deletion is technically or legally possible.

You may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Send requests to office@master-milling.ro and include enough information to identify the relevant quote, contact message, or uploaded file package.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, accidental loss, and unnecessary exposure of personal data or technical documentation. No Data Protection Officer is claimed unless one is separately published by Master Milling.
